Once processed, orders typically ship within 7–15 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the supplier and destination country.
From the date of purchase, the total estimated delivery time is 15–30+ business days, depending on supplier fulfillment, customs delays, and local postal services.
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address details (including apartment numbers, postal codes, phone number, and email) before submitting your order.
Once shipped, we cannot change or intercept orders, and we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier in such cases.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). Orders below this amount will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow a few days after shipping for tracking updates to appear.
