Possibly. Some countries charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer, if applicable. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control whether this will apply.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once an order is in transit. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you didn’t receive it, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for these cases. Please double-check your address and track your package carefully.

This helps us keep costs low and pass the savings on to you—without compromising the quality of the plushie itself. We know how important presentation can be, and we’re actively working on offering nicer, branded packaging options in the near future. Stay tuned!
