1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and 7–15 business days to ship. However, total delivery time may range from 15 to 30+ days, depending on your location and shipping conditions. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Standard shipping fees apply to smaller orders.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs and transit delays.

4. Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Possibly. Some countries charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer, if applicable. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control whether this will apply.

5. Can I return or cancel my order?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

6. What if my order is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once an order is in transit. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you didn’t receive it, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for these cases. Please double-check your address and track your package carefully.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only make changes before your order has been processed. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately. Once your order is in processing or shipped, we can’t update your address.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or custom notes, but we’re working on it for the future!

10. What does the packaging look like?

We currently use the default packaging provided by our suppliers, which is typically minimalistic and protective. This helps us keep costs low and pass the savings on to you—without compromising the quality of the plushie itself. We know how important presentation can be, and we’re actively working on offering nicer, branded packaging options in the near future.
